Department of Education Releases Family/Community Engagement Framework

The U.S. Department of Education recently released a new process—the Dual Capacity Framework—for schools and communities to support and build parent and community engagement. This framework helps to teach school and district teachers and administrators how to effectively engage families. It also shows families how to work successfully with schools to increase student achievement.
