One of the legal duties
of a PTA is to protect its membership and the general public from accident or
injury at a PTA activity. A PTA may
obtain insurance through any reputable company, however the Washington State
PTA has negotiated with Association Insurance Management (AIM) to offer PTAs
a variety of insurance policies for a reduced cost. To obtain insurance
through AIM, mail the AIM
Insurance Application with the appropriate fee by November 10. For
