Are You a Member of More Than One PTA?

If you are a member of more than one PTA, you can create only one National PTA online profile, however you can add as many PTA affiliations as necessary. Once you complete your initial card activation with National PTA, there will be an option on the left hand side of the screen that says "activate another card." You will need to click there. At the next screen, you will need to click "add additional PTA", search for the school being added using the city and state when the school is located and click "continue" to complete the activation process.
