| Ballots have been mailed to all local
unit presidents (for those who have co-presidents, they were sent to the
first president listed alphabetically) in regions 2, 6, 8 and 10. Ballots are
due back to the office postmarked by March 1 in
order to meet the quorum required to elect a region director. Ballots were
sent electronically to those units whose president opted to vote via email by
January 1, 2014. The nominating
committees in regions 4, 12 and 15 were unsuccessful in identifying a nominee.
