The Department of Health recently launched a new website that provides
information on Electronic Cigarettes or E-cigarettes, as they are commonly
known. E-cigarettes are also called e-pens, e-hookah and other
similar names. They are battery powered devices that look similar to traditional
cigarettes and are used to simulate tobacco smoking. Most E-cigarettes
contain nicotine, which is a fast acting, highly addictive, and harmful drug.
