Early November is a busy time as the
deadline for several WSPTA applications are due, including:
- Proposed
bylaw amendments, due November 1, 2013, form is available here.
- Applegate grant applications, due November 1, 2013. For
information on the WSPTA Applegate grants and the application form, go to the
WSPTA website.
- State PTA officer nominations, due November 8, 2013, form is
available here. To find out which State PTA officers
will be elected at the convention in May and the eligibility requirements,
click here.
- Resolutions proposals, due November 15, 2013,
information about submitting a resolution proposal is here and amending/retiring a
resolution is here. Current resolutions are here.
All WSPTA deadline dates are all postmark
dates, which means they need to be mailed and postmarked no later than the
date indicated. If they are submitted electronically or by fax, they need to
be received by the WSPTA office no later than midnight on the date indicated.
