Every Child Spotlights the Child With Special Needs

In December, National PTA's Every Child in Focus campaign is centering on the Child with Special Needs. National PTA President Otha Thornton will meet with Education Committee members on Capitol Hill to discuss ways to increase support for children with special needs.
